Direct IT's team includes specialists who have certificates from companies such as Acronis, FortiGate, Google, Microsoft, MikroTik, QNAP, VEEAM and VMware. Additionally, they have DORA and NIS2 certificates. Direct IT's offer includes IT support - it deals with creating computer networks, uploading appropriate software and managing and monitoring the operation of IT infrastructure. The company also deals with security in companies - it conducts IT audits, prepares IT procedures, creates access security to IT data, designs backup systems and conducts training. Direct IT facilitates teamwork based on cloud solutions (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace) and by preparing platforms for organizing videoconferencing.
